Certain residential areas within the County are subject to restricted parking. Residents wishing to utilize street parking within these areas will need a parking permit, available through Roads and Airports. Parking permits may be obtained as follows:
- Bring proof of address, such as Driver's License or a utility bill, to the Permits Counter at
County of Santa Clara, Roads and Airports Department

San Jose, CA 95110 - The permit tech on duty will compare your address with the master list of addresses eligible for parking permits.
- Parking permits are issued in December of odd numbered year and expire 2 years later on Dec 31st of odd numbered year.
- Two parking permits will be issued for each eligible address.
